Consumers
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, a consumer (natural person) who has made a purchase through distance selling, outside the Seller’s business premises and without prior inspection of the product, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, by sending a withdrawal form.
In the event of withdrawal, if the goods have already been delivered, the customer is obliged to return the goods in the same condition in which they were received, no later than 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal form. The Seller is obliged to refund the payment. The customer and the Seller may agree instead that the customer receives another item of equal value to the originally purchased one, an item of lower value with a refund of the price difference, or an item of higher value with the customer paying the price difference.
Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be checked whether the product is intact and undamaged. The customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. The percentage of damage is determined by an authorized representative of 759 Studio, and the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. If it is determined that the product has been damaged or rendered defective due to the customer’s fault to the extent that it can no longer be resold, the refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

Delivery of goods made according to the consumer’s specific requirements or clearly personalized for them.

Delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that 759 Studio cannot influence and that may occur within the withdrawal period.
Legal Entities (Businesses)
A legal entity may withdraw from the purchase and receive a refund only in the case of defects or non-conformity of goods, under the conditions and within the deadlines prescribed by the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Serbia.
