Delivery within Serbia

• Delivery time: 759 Studio delivers within the territory of Serbia within up to 60 days from advance payment, or up to 80 days in the case of special (custom) orders.

• Delivery address: Furniture delivery includes transport to one address for orders valued over 50,000 RSD.

• Delivery costs:

  • For orders valued between 50,000 RSD and 200,000 RSD – delivery is charged at 120 RSD/km.

  • For orders valued over 200,000 RSD – delivery is free of charge throughout Serbia.

• Courier services: Delivery through courier services is not provided, except at the explicit request of the customer. In such cases, the Seller bears no responsibility for possible damage, and complaints will not be accepted.

• Personal pickup: Free personal pickup is available in Čačak, at the 759 Workshop, by prior arrangement with the Seller.

• Carrying into the building:

  • Products that can fit into a functioning elevator are delivered directly to the customer’s apartment.

  • If the elevator does not exist or is not functional, delivery is made to the building entrance. At the customer’s request, carrying into the apartment is possible at an additional cost of 580 RSD per floor.

• Delivery deadlines and Seller’s obligations: The Seller is obliged to deliver the purchased goods no later than the agreed delivery date. If the goods are not delivered within this period, the Seller must refund the customer the full paid amount within 7 days after the deadline.

• Customer’s obligations: The customer must be present at the agreed address and time of delivery. If the customer is not present and delivery cannot be completed, the goods are returned, and the Seller has no obligation to attempt redelivery. In such cases, the customer must personally collect the goods from the Seller’s warehouse.

• Assembly: The customer must ensure sufficient space for assembly, depending on the type of product, to allow for efficient and timely installation.
